Sr. Sia Cheng Seng
BSc(Hons)QS, CQS, MRISM, MRICS
Sr. Sia has over 26 years experience in the construction industry. He is a registered Consultant Quantity Surveyor (CQS) under the Board of Quantity Surveyors Malaysia (BQSM), a Member of Royal Institute of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM) and a Professional Member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, UK (RICS). He holds a BSc. Honours Degree in Quantity Surveying from University of Greenwich, UK.
Since then, Sr. Sia has completed many residential and commercial projects with a total value of over RM 1 billion, he has many years of experience as a QS in traditional and design & build projects. He is also an experienced Consultant QS, Project Management Consultant and a Quantum Expert.
Furthermore, he is frequently appointed as a quantum expert, has given evidence and independent expert opinions at numerous litigation cases before the court.

Wong Cheong Ming (C.M.)

Mr. Wong (C.M.) has more than 20 years experience in the construction industry. He has a diverse background and exposure from a construction firm to property developer and currently as a Partner in a consultant firm and actively involve in alternative dispute resolution (ADR).
He obtained his Diploma in Building Technology from TAR College and also a Master of Business Administration (MBA) holder. He is AIAC Certified and Empanelled Adjudicator, a Fellow in Asian Institute of Alternative Dispute Resolution (FAIADR) and an Associate Member of Chartered Institute of Arbitrator (ACIArb).
He has extensive professional experience in commercial, contractual, project and dispute management roles. He has lead a contract division to manage and complete from pre-tender to post construction on large scale township and integrated development from residential, commercial, malls, hotels and infrastructures.

Lim Keng Hei
BEng(Hons)Civil
Mr. Lim has over 17 years experience in the construction industry mainly focusing on infrastructure and residential development projects as a project manager for Main Contractor and Sub Contractor companies.
He is registered as a Graduated Engineer under the Board of Engineer Malaysia (BEM) and holds a Bachelor of Engineering Honours Degree In Civil Engineering from University of Portsmouth, United Kingdom.
In summary, he is mainly involved in Project Management, Project Cost Control, as well as Quality, Environmental, Safety and Health Management.

Bernyce Chew
BSc(Hons)QS, MSc-Building(Project Management), MSc(Real Estate), MRICS, Registered Property Manager
Bernyce is a Member of RICS specialised in quantity surveying as well as a member of registered property manager from Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers, Malaysia. She has been working in the construction industry for 10 years. She has full time experience with well-rounded knowledge in many aspects of cost control and management of construction projects from pre to post contract. She is a Bachelor of Science graduate from the University of Malaya and has two Masters of Science in Building (Project Management) and Real Estate from University of Malaya and National University of Singapore. She became a Chartered Surveyor in 2015 whilst working in private practice in the Singapore, as a principal quantity surveyor.
After various management roles in the private sector in Singapore, she is joining UEM group as external consultant in quantity surveying. She has been working with main contractor (Keong Hong Holding Limited) and consultancy firm (Turner & Townsend & Surbana Jurong ) for past experiences.

Merlin Lim

Merlin started his Safety and Health career in year 2000, with majority of his working experience in a renowned global Chemical Processing Plant and one of the world largest Vertical Transport System companies. Started as Safety and Health Engineer, Merlin spent some years focusing on field execution of Safety and Health Management System. Therefore, he always emphasizes on practicability of safety measures and able to match safety requirement with operation needs.
Merlin subsequently entered management role and hold the position of Safety and Health Manager for more than 10 years in different industries, where he handled full spectrum of Safety and Health functions. His vast experience in field operation has also brought him valuable opportunity to head a major Operation Branch, and subsequently assumed the post of Senior Safety and Health Manager in a specialist contracting organisation

Ir. Desmond Liau Kok Leng

Ir. Desmond is a registered professional engineer and has more than 15 years experience in building M&E services which has been involved in building fields in particular an education centre, hypermarket, office building & condominium. His further experience includes contract administration and project management for fast track institution and hypermarket project in which meeting project schedule is crucial.
He holds a BEng (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering and Master of Business Administration (MBA), both from Liverpool John Moores University.
He has extensive professional experience for M&E works in both commercial and residential projects.
